Process is outbound calling

Means

Caller will get a list in Excel format having common details such as Name and number.

( Excel sheet is on Google drive , every caller is having unique Google services

Admin will create different Excels for

Every Caller

Distribute the Data among them sequentially

Caller will update the data on every call

Data to update ( ask for candidate's updated Resume with desired salary expectation.)

Calling pitch : understand deeply for best result

Callers Team leader District Udhampur : Mamta Devi

Every new caller / agent will learn and implement under the surveillance managing by Mamta Devi

Job role of caller is

Make call or message on all numbers and update the mandatory fields on time and submit the reports daily

Time 10:00 Am to 4:00 Pm (6 hours a day or 360 minutes

And Target is to connect call and invite atleast 100 Resumes per day

If number is switch off or not reachable or out of service area

Update on Excel sheet same time and dail next number

Remember now you as caller is entering in the world of professional and your connectivity is Digitally you need to work on yourself first

Be confident and energetic on call

No need to hesitate

Learn voice modulation technique to convince

Learn few lines in English and Hindi
